The historical Castle of Guviergen Ada, located in the Koch Adasi district of Eden, southwest of Turkey, is one of the most important tourist spots for local and foreign tourists in the Aegean Sea area.the castle, built by the Ottoman leader Kheireddin Berbros Pasha, is located at the northwest entrance of the city, near the port. It offers guests an environment that combines history with charming greenery.

The castle gives visitors the opportunity to see models and paintings of the sea boats as well as a 14.5-meter-long whale skeleton that was spent in 1998 on the shores of the Delic Peninsula, in Coche Adasi.

In the Ottoman period, the castle was used to protect the area from pirates, so it was called the “pirate castle”, the highest tower used for surveillance by guards. Now it is surrounded by many excellent cafes and restaurants.
