Unye Castle is located in Ordu, north of Turkey, 7 km from the left of Unye -Discovery Road, and is situated in the heart of a 200 meter high volcanic plateau above ground level. The first building of this castle was built by experts to 200-250 BC and built on a volcano that was active in ancient times, every civilization that crossed through the area retained the castle for some time. So it was made up of some parts, and then it was modified and many parts added to it. About 40-50 Nation and civilization added its amendments to this castle, there are tunnels and very old passages, in addition to the royal tomb which is 3 meters long on the southern walls and which is difficult to reach. It has many monuments and this has made it one of the most important tourist places in Ordu.

• The castle consists of two parts, the first part is the door that is placed on 69 degrees carved into the saltwater stone, where to the left of the door there is a spacious room, and there are 4 wells carved into the stone which are estimated to have been used in the castle.

• in the second part consisting of a group of solid and dug rocks, daylight reaches only 6–7 meters deep inside the tunnel, with water wells also.

• Unfortunately, you will not be able to enter the castle to see the rest of the parts for not having finished arranging the transportation facilities but you can just see the outer monuments of their cliffs and tunnels, as well as take some commemorative pictures of this great edifice.

• at the end of the day, you can drive to the restaurant next door to the castle, which is about 5 minutes away by car, dine on seafood and many of the region's famous cuisine.
