Marmaris Castle

One of Turkey's archeological tourist destinations in Marmaris Castle, built in 1044 B.C. and built by Greeks, was rebuilt by Sultan Suleiman al-Qahi in 1522 and used as a military base. The castle includes a museum displaying archaeological exhibits such as ornals, tissues, cooking utensils and weapons.
